    Why do you do this to me? In no particular order:

    1. Kain Highwind. Mother of God, you kick more ass than a Mexican slaughterhouse.
    2. Gilgamesh. Oh you.
    3. Gabranth. Possibly my most favourite FF character ever.
    4. Squall Leonhart. I die a little inside when he is referred to as Leon.
    5. Genesis. Theatrical and a little annoying at times, but an interesting character.

    As an addendum, I don’t like Sephiroth. He’s a well designed character visually, but all of the FF cast are about as bland as sponges.

    Yes. Final Fantasy VII is dominated by sponges. Ready the harpoons.
